Thomas D. Bouldin III Grant

In partnership with JourneyRight LLC and flyCULTURE, the With Our Wings Foundation is proud to introduce the second annual Thomas D. Bouldin III Honor and Integrity Grant.
This grant honors the legacy of Thomas D. Bouldin III—father of flyCULTURE Co-Founder Toyia Bouldin—and his distinguished career in the U.S. Military, the federal government, and his tireless service to the local community. To carry his values forward, this grant will be awarded to an exceptional female person of color pursuing a career in aviation.
